Business Development – German Speaker (m/f/d) – Minijob

To support the continued growth of Dienst365, we are looking for a communicative Business Development team member. The role focuses on reaching potential business customers and following up leads in a structured way.

Your responsibilities

What you will do at Dienst365.

Research potential business customers in Hamburg and the surrounding region
Initial outreach by phone and email in German
Qualifying prospects and arranging appointments
Structured maintenance of contacts and conversation notes
Supporting quotation and sales follow-up activities

Your profile

Very good spoken and written German
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Independent and structured working style
Interest in sales, customer acquisition and business development
Previous B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential
